The Daily Challenge was a good start — a fresh WOD every day. But a single workout isn't a training session. Starting today, FitClash delivers a full daily session that programs your entire hour, from warmup to cooldown.
More Than a WOD
Each daily session is a structured program built around the day's challenge. Instead of just one workout, you get a complete block-by-block breakdown:
- Warmup — targeted movement prep for what's coming
- Strength or Skill — focused work to build capacity
- The Daily Challenge — the main event with RX and Scaled options
- Accessory Work — extra credit to address weaknesses
- Cooldown — mobility and recovery to finish right
Every block has a purpose. The warmup primes you for the challenge. The strength work complements the conditioning. The cooldown addresses what you just hammered. It all fits together.
How It Works
Head to fitclash.app/daily and you'll see today's full session laid out block by block. Each block tells you exactly what to do — movements, reps, weights, time domains. The daily challenge block links directly to the leaderboard so you can submit your score and compare.
As you work through the session, check off each block to track your progress. It's simple — tap done, move to the next one.
Coach's Notes
Some blocks include a coach's note — a quick tip on intention, pacing, or scaling. Think of it as having a coach whisper in your ear before each piece. Not every block needs one, but when it's there, it's worth reading.
The Challenge Is Still Front and Center
The daily challenge hasn't gone anywhere. It's still a standalone WOD with its own leaderboard, shareable link, and scoring. The session just wraps context around it — what to do before, what to do after, and why it all matters together.
If you just want to hit the WOD and go, you still can. The session is there for people who want the full picture.
Browse Past Sessions
Every session is archived. Missed a day? Hit the Daily Archive to browse past sessions and challenges. Run an old session on a makeup day, or cherry-pick pieces you liked.
Train Like You Mean It
A random WOD is fine. A programmed session is better. Show up every day, follow the session, submit your score, and let the leaderboard do the rest.
